THE DRIVING FORCE

Hi! We are the driving force behind The Force Factory.

We just thought we throw our faces on the website, so you have an idea who the founders of the Force Factory are. Off course, you will have to meet us, to get an idea of our personalities and how we work. For now, we like to share why we joined forces.

Fleur has her Master of Arts in cultural behavior change and a degree in psychology and neuro-science. In the last twelve years she has build up her skill to facilitate change and personal growth, for companies like Eneco, Nike, ING and De Baak. Syarda has her Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and finished a four year degree in Theater. She has been implementing these skills in her work as a facilitator and corporate actress for companies like the Vrije Universiteit, Politie Academy, KLM and SSR (Opleidingsinstituut voor de Rechtspraak en Openbaar Ministerie). We learned that the combination of these skills, combined with our vision that happy and self-conscious people make great organizations is one that works really well. We love to practice, use serious play and humor in our work.

Fleur and Syarda are both Dutch and based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The Force Factory works for Dutch and International companies. A lot of the organisations we work for, use English as the working language. This is why we have chosen to set up our website in English. This doesn’t mean we don’t speak Dutch :-).
